What your reading offers
Your reading is a first listening. It shows where your cauldrons are asking for attention now, so you know where to begin.
See how your cauldrons align right now and what this practice is asking of you. This allows you to place your attention where it is needed, rather than tending everything at once.
Gain a clearer sense of what supports you, what is ready to move, and what is ready to be received. This insight fosters trust in what you already know and in the way your work wants to come through.
Take away a first step into the practice, rooted in the living Irish tradition. This is a way into making from a sacred relationship with yourself and the land.

If any of this is familiar, you are not alone in it. I know this journey intimately. I spent two decades searching across diverse traditions and academic disciplines, only to realise the severance was ancestral, not personal.
My work brings together Irish indigenous practice, art-based processes and professional coaching as paths for deep self inquiry. I am a Bean Feasa ordained within Coire SOIS, an Ovate in training with OBOD, an ICF-credentialed coach, and I hold a PhD in the Arts.
I partner with makers to finish what matters, through the ongoing living practice I embody and am trained in.
